The current global status-quo has imposed new realities and norms on our professional life. Many small-medium organisations are struggling with coping with the growing changes as a result of moving from physical to virtual spaces.
In the framework of the Celebrating Our Diversity programme this year, we would like to offer this capacity building opportunity for our Anna Lindh Foundation network members in Finland, Germany, Lebanon and Sweden.
The Toolbox is an interactive toolkit containing workshops and methods that can help you to design and implement collective development process in a team or organisation.
The training is for you if:
-you are member of the Anna Lindh Foundation network in Finland, Germany, Lebanon and Sweden,
-you are a member in a team and would like to facilitate a development process in your team or organization,
-you are a facilitator working with a team or organization,
-you want to develop your working structures to act, collaborate and create impact in times of complexity and uncertainty.
During this 2-day training you will become familiar with the Toolbox which is based on a participatory approach. You will learn how you can facilitate your own organisational/team development process with the help of tools and methods from the Toolbox, as well as try out some concrete methods. In two interactive sessions you will connect and exchange with peers. After the training, you can apply tools and methods in your team and get further support through a help desk call in June to support implementing this practice in your team and organisation. You will receive a certificate of participation at the end of the training.
The training is organised in cooperation with MitOst in the frame of horizontal school and facilitated by Linnéa Mühlenkamp, facilitator and program manager in MitOst, and Farouk Bahri, facilitator and academic in educational science at the University of Tunis.
Please find here more information about the Toolbox to understand if that training sounds interesting for you.
APPLY HERE by Monday 29 March. Selected participants will be notified by 31 March.
