Young Mediterranean Voices (YMV) is a program of international Anna Lindh foundation to empower youth in the Mediterranean area through debating skills.

Erasmus+ Virtual Exchange (EVE): Intercultural Debate Exchange
The impact report of the first-year cycle of EVE received positive feedback and the European Commission has confirmed the extension of the pilot until the end of 2020 and the strategic intent to expand EVE through the new Erasmus from 2021. In this context, the Foundation has been invited to programme intercultural debate exchanges until December 2020. Information will be disseminated in September 2019 regarding opportunities for Network-led intercultural debates.
Erasmus+ Virtual Exchange (EVE): Online Euro-Med Debate Forum
The Forum will take place from 26 to 30 August 2019 and will bring together young debaters from diverse backgrounds for an online competition, practicing the essentials of effective communication, building arguments, listening and rebutting, structuring and presenting of speeches, intercultural awareness. The Forum is open to young debate team leaders from the Euro-Med region and their local teams. Opportunities for further engagement in youth-led exchanges will be offered to winning team members. Young Mediterranean Voices: Policy Leadership Seminar
The next edition of the regional leadership seminar will take place from 17 to 23 November 2019. Organised by the ALF partner MEDAC (Mediterranean Academy of Diplomatic Studies) with the World Leadership Alliance-Club de Madrid, the seminar will bring together young emerging leaders aged from 18 to 30 for a 5-day learning experience where trainees will have unique access to experienced global leaders and EU policy-makers. Young Mediterranean Voices: Communication Lab
The ALF will organise in Finland a Strategic Communications Lab on 2-3 December 2019 aimed at empowering young leaders with enhanced digital literacy and media skills and connect them with leading communications companies about how to enhance online reach. There will be a call launched to identify a group of approximately 25 young influencers working in civil society sectors who can be involved in developing awareness campaigns. The Lab will be run in association with leading experts and technology companies working to support marketing campaigns. More information to follow in September 2019.
