ALFinMOTION Workshop Series: Empowering Youth Through Theatre

In a dynamic collaboration between Dawar and Mirsal Ry, two workshops were recently held in Espoo as part of the ALFinMOTION – Anna Lindh Foundation Mobility Programme. These immersive sessions marked a significant step towards preparing participants for an upcoming Erasmus+ exchange program in Egypt.
The workshops were a vibrant blend of exploration, performance, and camaraderie, all underscored by a profound commitment to inclusion and diversity. Led by the talented Shaimaa from Egypt, participants delved into various theatre movements, honing their skills while fostering a sense of unity and mutual understanding.
During the sessions, emphasis was placed on laying the groundwork of theatre fundamentals through engaging exercises and performances. Participants not only absorbed new knowledge but also had the opportunity to showcase their talents, further enhancing their confidence and sense of belonging.
The atmosphere throughout the workshops was electric, with participants displaying enthusiasm and dedication. There was a palpable sense of community, reflecting the spirit of inclusivity that defines the ALFinMOTION program.
